MATERIUMIn short: materium.tv has no forms or sign-ups, sets no cookies of its own, uses no analytics or advertising, and keeps no visit logs with your IP address. The only third party that may receive data is YouTube, and only if you press play on the trailer or follow a link to its videos.

2. What data we process and why
When you visit the site
To send you the pages, our server necessarily receives your connection's IP address and technical data from your browser (browser type, language, page requested). They are used only at that moment to answer the request: we keep no access logs with your IP and build no profiles. If a technical error occurs, the error is recorded without data that identifies you; those records are overwritten automatically. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you email us
If you write to info@materium.tv, we process your email address and what you tell us only to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the conversation when it is no longer needed and at the latest 12 months after the last message, unless the law requires us to keep it.
What we don't do
There are no forms, user accounts, newsletter, analytics, social media pixels, advertising or automated decisions. The warning-signs checker works only in your browser: what you tick is neither stored nor sent.
3. YouTube
Episodes are watched on YouTube. While you browse materium.tv your browser does not connect to Google: episode images are served from our own server.
The trailer player only loads if you press "Play", in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). At that point Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) receives your IP address and browser data, and may store cookies or data on your device and transfer data to the United States (Google participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Legal basis: your consent, given by pressing play (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); if you don't press, nothing loads. The same applies when you follow a link to YouTube: you leave this site and Google's privacy policy applies.
4. Cookies and storage on your device
materium.tv sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser's storage. The site reads your browser language only to suggest the version in your language, without saving it. That is why there is no cookie banner: only the YouTube player, if you choose to load it, may use its cookies.
5. Service providers
Hostinger International Ltd. (61 Lordou Vironos Street, Lumiel Building, 4th floor, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus), a company established in the European Union, hosts the website server and the materium.tv email as a processor. We do not sell or share data with anyone.
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to info@materium.tv. If you gave consent (the YouTube player), you can withdraw it at any time by deleting YouTube's cookies from your browser. If you think we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the authority in your country.
7. Changes
If the site starts using analytics, forms or a shop, we will update this policy before they go live.
